Terms of Service

1. The service. SellOptix provides software tools for e-commerce sellers: listing generation, image optimization and calculators. SellOptix is not affiliated with Meesho and does not guarantee marketplace outcomes, rankings, or shipping-fee results.

2. Your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per person.

3. Credits. Free credits are granted at our discretion and may be adjusted. Paid credits are valid for the period shown on the plan at the time of purchase (see your Billing page for exact dates) and are removed once that period ends. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

4. Acceptable use. Do not abuse the service (automated scraping, bulk account creation, resale of generated output as a competing service, or unlawful content).

5. Content. You own the listings you generate. You are responsible for ensuring your listings comply with marketplace policies and applicable law.

6. Liability. The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.

7. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
